As a fan of the original CSI, I tried watching the Miami one for a while by switching to another station whenever David Caruso appeared on screen, but it became too much trouble and I stopped watching it.
The guy that writes the celebrity thing at the front of the Parade magazine once said something about DC being a good actor and got so many outraged responses that he had to post a note about it. It doesn't stop the show from being popular, though.

It's OK as background, or in a really weird way (as long as you get the shows without much drama), but he is really creepy.

I suppose he could be a good actor, stuck with a lousy script, or maybe they intentionally write it over the top...

But still, he needs to stop saying "here's what we're going to do..."
