Tea pot

I broke my lovely 2-and-a-bit cup Beehive teapot, which I bought many years ago from Tealuxe (RIP), by accident. Until I can figure out if it's repairable, I had to get another teapot. I went and got the "Somerville" teapot from MEM Tea, and I have to say that it sucks. It's too small, the strainer is too small, it spills too easily, and it's really a downgrade.

(OTOH, they have a "White Turret Teapot", which is letting me try my hand at "gong fu"-style brewing without having to get facile with a gaiwan, which is very good in the office environment.)

Just to follow up on this, they renamed the Beehive teapot, and it is now the Zero Japan Bee House tea pot. It's available at https://santokunyc.com/collections/teapot-1 .
