Weekend so far...

Well, Fria's day I took off from work, in order to retain my sanity. I didn't wind up going to either the harbour islands or the Gardner museum. But I did wake up late(ish), go to Borders, buy a bunch of books, then go hang out on the waterfront for a while (ate lobster at Tia's), see two IMAX 3D films at the aquarium, and then hang out more on the waterfront. I wound up dining at a place called Ship's something. I had a table in a corner, and read Good Omens and Thief of Time. It got hit on (I think) by a drunk girl named Susan -- she tried to use the horse on the cover of Thief of Time as an intro about Seabiscut(sp?). I didn't really interact with people, but it was nice to be around people -- there was a game on, so there was a lot of noise. I wound up leaving at 2a, got home, and then read By the Sword, so I didn't fall asleep until around 8a. I found a mask, though, and slept very well, until about 3:30p or 4p.
Then, I left home at about 6:15, after reading ARK, to go to the ARKPLE Bad Movie Night. I have now seen "Garbage Pail Kids -- the movie", "Breakfast of Champions", small parts of "The Apple", Triumph the Hand puppet dog thing making fun of the Star Wars geeks (I saw Will on screen...), and a film called "My Ass Is Bleeding" (about 5 min long, v. weird).
Kibo has an orange goatee. And it's pronounced "Kai-bo", not "Keebo", as I have been saying it...
