Here's my start:

Все мелодии спеты
Стихи все написаны
Жаль, что мы не умеем обмениваться мыслями
То ли это ветерок мои губы колышет
То ли это я кричу тебе, но ты меня не слышишь!

I've translated as:

All the melodies are sung
all the verses are written,
sadly, we cannot exchange thoughts [I'm guessing in the sense of telepathy]
either a breeze is swaying my lips [I'm sighing?]
or I'm shouting at you, but you don't hear me!

If anyone who is reading, who speaks Russian (logt?) has any improvements, I'm all ears...
