More translation stuff

Another attempt at translating "Если хочешь остаться" by Дискотека Авария. I've put a number of questions at the end — things that I'm confused about. But I'm getting a better idea about the meaning here.

Жаль, что мы не умеем обмениваться мыслями.	Sadly, we can't read each other's minds.
То ли это ветерок мои губы колышет,	Either a breeze is causing my lips to sway •
То ли это я кричу тебе, но ты меня не слышишь!	Or I am shouting after you, but you don't hear me!
Если хочешь остаться,	If you want to stay,
Останься просто так.	Then stay.
Пусть тебе приснятся сны о тёплых берегах.	And dream about warmer climes.
Давно за двенадцать	It's a while 'til 12
А ты ещё в гостях.	And you're still visiting.
Ты думаешь остаться,	You're thinking about staying,

Все изъедены сплетни за долгие месяцы,	Everyone is eaten by gossip for long months •

Останься просто так.	Then stay.
Сможем мы умчаться вдаль на белых лошадях.	We'll speed away into the distance on white horses. •
Давно за двенадцать,	It's a while to twelve
Ты что-нибудь забудь,	You've forgotten something
Придётся возвращаться и нечаянно уснуть.	So you return and, by chance, fall asleep.
Если хочешь остаться,	If you want to stay,
Останься просто так.	Then stay.
Пусть тебе приснятся сны о тёплых берегах.	And dream about warmer climes.

Пора разбредаться,	It's time to take off,
Ты что-нибудь забудь,	But you've forgotten something,
Придётся возвращаться и уснуть.	And so you return and fall asleep.

Questions:

• "То ли это ветерок мои губы колышет" — what is the implication here? Is the singer sighing? Is this like "my lips are flapping in the wind"?
• "Все изъедены сплетни за долгие месяцы" — I don't have the translation here.
• "И гитару давно позабыли на лестнице" — I don't think I have this correct.
• "И ей уже не хочется песен" — Is this referring to the guitar? I have "песен" as some form of "to sing", but should it be the noun "song"[s]?
• "Возле порога обернись невзначай" — This is my best guess, but I'm a little uncertain here.
• "Под замок, Под печать." — These two lines don't seem to make sense to me. Is there some slang meaning here I don't get?
• "Уходишь, сжигая мосты" — Something here is wrong, especially with regard to the next line. I don't think I have сжигая correct; I think the form is something weird.
• "С тобой останется тот, кому улыбаешься ты" — I have this translated in and of itself, but it doesn't seem to fit into the song.
• "А ток-шоу облизаны" — This must be some kind of slang; it doesn't make any sense to me.
• "Заправляя постель" — I'm pretty sure I translated this correctly, but it doesn't seem to flow in the song.
• "Жизнь дарить с тобой" — Based on the use of 'с' instead of 'к', I have this as "make a life with you". Is this some kind of reference to getting pregnant?
• "Просто обернись, уходя" — This completely loses me. The verb is the same as used above in "Возле порога обернись невзначай", although I've translated it differently. 'уходя' is also confusing, because 'уход' is a masculine noun, which should never take '-я' when it declines.
• "Тебе в другой район" — I think I understand what they're trying to say, but I don't know how this gets there.
• "Сможем мы умчаться вдаль на белых лошадях" — Are white horses some kind of metaphor for dreams?

(And, FYI, I've been listening to it non-stop for a week now, so I'm really very addicted to it...)
