Crickets and the sea

I'm sitting on Jim's new porch. There are crickets, which I haven't heard enough of this year. Also, the sound of cars on route 2 or 3 (whichever it is) sounds like waves at the ocean. He also has (a few) stars visible.

I suppose I'm a little envious (I mean, he has a porch), but then, he's made a diferent set of compromises than I have -- amoung other things, he has a car...
